dh-virtualenv software package provides wrap and build python packages using virtualenv, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dh-virtualenv
dh-virtualenv is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dh-virtualenv package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dh-virtualenv *
You will get with dh-virtualenv package name, version, architecture and description in a table
